RSVPs will close on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Unfortunately, we were not able to hold any blocks at local hotels in either Appomattox or Lynchburg. There are a few rooms available at various nearby hotels, but no dedicated blocks.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in late September - we suggest casual dress, keeping in mind that you will be walking on grass, gravel, and potentially uneven terrain.

We're sorry - a shuttle isn't possible given the location of the venue. Please plan to drive yourselves to and from the venue.

Yes! There is plenty of parking on the property.

Please do not take photos during the ceremony. We ask that you keep your phones on silent and put away until after. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like during the reception!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm - please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior so that you have plenty of time to park and find a seat.
